1. DIY cleaner to mop the floor

Make a mixture of 1 cup of water, a drop of dish soap, and a drop of thyme essential oil. Thyme oil has antibacterial properties and can be found in store-bought natural cleaning formulas.

Spray this mixture on your floor and mop thoroughly.

2. Take care of the dishwasher

Every time you run your dishwasher, make sure to clean the remaining food particles. Look for leftover food at the bottom rack and remove any food that is left. Once a week, check the filter for debris.

3. Clean refrigerator with vinegar

Make a mixture of white vinegar and warm water. Use a little amount of dish soap as well.

Clean the shelves of your fridge thoroughly with the mixture.

4. Clean humidifier with white vinegar

You can use two cups of white vinegar to clean your humidifier. Wait for 20 minutes and use a brush for cleaning.

It will remove all the build-up in your humidifier.

5. Window squeegee for pet hair

If you are tired of getting pet hair everywhere in your house, it is time to use a window squeegee for removing them.

9. Clean kitchen cabinets with coconut oil

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Apply the paste in your kitchen cabinets and use a brush to remove any stain from the cabinets.

10. Use baking soda for stainless steel sinks

Apply a paste of baking soda and water in the sink and wait for 5 minutes. Apply some olive oil and scrub it down.

Then, rinse normally, and your sink will shine like before.

11. Clean microwave with lemon water

Take a bowl of water and add a few drops of lemon. Drop half of the lemon in the water.

Run the microwave for 4 minutes. After that, wait for another 10 minutes and remove all the dirt inside the microwave with a piece of cloth.

Rinse your cutting board with a piece of rag by dipping it in the vinegar. Wiping with vinegar will disinfect the board and kill all the germ.

At first, soak the sponge in water. Then, place it in the microwave. Run the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Take a tong and get it out carefully.

Your sponge will be sanitized and disinfected.

Sprinkle a small amount of baking soda and vinegar in the drain. Wait for 3-4 minutes and use warm water to clean the drain.
